Supply Alterations

Supply Alterations can cover a myriad of items, from a simple relocation of a supply to major HV electricity or High Pressure gas mains diversions, in order to facilitate a customer’s final requirements. We find it imperative that both the customer and the Distribution Business fully understand each other’s needs and requirements, in order for this to be both delivered on time, within specification, and on budget. The most important and significant feedback that we receive is that our customers all say they feel informed and empowered to make the right decisions that ultimately deliver the best cost benefit. We also find in 99% of all cases that our customers report on how they see a massive benefit in terms of being kept informed and updated by our team of specialists. As we are Account Managed at all levels, we are able to provide accurate and timely feedback whenever the customer requests, which no longer means that projects fall into the ‘black hole’ that many speak of with the large Energy Companies and Consortiums. We are able to advise and add value on these areas which include:

• Situations where there is an over or under capacity
• Removal of supplies
• Tenure of supply whilst any infrastructure work is being undertaken to allow minimal disruption
• Working with all the Suppliers, Agents (MoP, MAM’s, LDSO’s) to ensure both a seamless and cost-effective solution
• Singular Gas, Water and Electricity infrastructure works
